(a) Sales Offices:
The company has eighteen sales offices in different cities of the country i.e. Rawalpindi, Mardan, Peshawar, Mansehra, Talagang, Sargodha, Gujaranwala, Sheikhupura, Lahore, Faisalabad, Kamalia, Arifwala, Bhakkar, Multan, Rahimyar Khan, Sukkar, Hyderabad and Karachi.
(b) Breeding Farms:
The firm maintains reasonably large Parent Flock (Hubbard/Arbor Acers) approximately 500,000 in numbers and seven most modern breeding farms i.e. Karmang-Bala(Mansehra), Khawajgan (Mansehra), Qalanderabad (Abbotaad), Tarlai (Islamabad), Humak (Islamabad), Pind-Dadan Khan anad Khanewal with state-of-the-art facilities in Pakistan. These farms are located in ideal places from climate, Hygienic and bio-security point of view. Highly trained and experienced staff with well-equipped labs manage these farms most efficiently. Breeder flocks are vaccinated against all known poultry disease and hatching eggs are free from Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, Salmonella Pullorum, Salmonella gllinarum, and Salmonella paratyphimurium. Testing of immunity titres monthly against all known poultry diseases regularly monitors flock health. All eggs produced on these farms are transported in the firm’s own vehicles to its hatcheries located in different parts of country, for incubation.
(c) Hatcheries:
The Firm has Four hatcheries, located in Chackbeli (Rawat),Shiekhupura, Khanewal and Karachi. Poultry incubation systems imported from: USA (Chicks Master International) are installed in these hatcheries being managed on most modern lines. Hatchability rate is above 80 percent. Approximately six million high quality chicks are produced per month from these hatcheries. All eggs are graded in hatcheries by "MOBA" egg grading machines for uniform chick size from uniform hatching eggs. Proper air-conditioning, humidification and fresh air supply systems are installed in hatchery buildings for proper incubation of eggs.
(d) Packaging Plant:
The company has a packaging plant in Sheikhupura, which produce best quality chick boxes, egg boxes and egg trays. Which is not only meet the company’s own requirement but also sold in the market.
